Florian Poser’s Brazilian Experience - Live in Berlin

Florian Poser’s band, “Brazilian Experience”, has been celebrating Latin jazz of the first water for years. Insiders know the rhythm group with Portinho (drums) and Itaiguara (bass) as “the most groovy Brazil rhythm section”, and trumpeter Gustavo Bergalli is also considered one of the best instrumentalists of the genre. The third CD by this exquisite band is a much longed-for live album that is one of the best when it comes to capturing the atmosphere of a live concert. It features top Brazil jazz, performed with inspiration, with imaginative solos and rip-roaring grooves. The repertoire proves Poser’s creative skills as a composer, his understanding of Brazilian music and jazzy harmonic sequences. “Brazilian Experience” performs with corresponding inspiration as well, using Poser‘s colorful compositions as a basis for virtuoso improvisations.
