Thoughts and experiences, translated into the language of music. This makes “Works” an extremely personal opus, a kind of musical autobiography which leaves the reader eager for a sequel. As well as detailed depictions of all pieces in musical notation and tablature, with clear directions for fingerings and playing techniques, this volume includes for the first time transcriptions of the improvised passages, thus making them understandable and above all playable for other guitarists.
