We encounter ancient hymns, cowboy film themes, Renaissance folk songs, theatrical soundtracks and acoustic noise-rock grooves, we run into Mahler, Weill, Eisler - and we hear Fred Frith reciting Schiller's poetry.

“Afternoon Of A Faun” is an orgy of off-the-wall sounds, even stranger sonorous insertions and virtually indescribable sound attacks.
