As a composer between Celtic music from his homeland, jazz and Thai rhythm concepts, as an interpreter equally fascinated by Bulgarian music and Pat Metheny, Keith Jarrett and John Coltrane, Fowler once again playfully juggles with contrasts on "Ebb & Flow" ("Ebb & Flow") until they seem to dissolve in the magic of his new fingerstyle solo instrumentals on six steel strings.
